Colorado Statewide E-Bike Rebate Program

Colorado just opened up the lottery for the statewide e-bike rebate. Initial registration is only open through Monday, August 21st, so act now. Note that currently you have to be income-qualified ($1,100 rebate for those under 80% of median household county income, $500 rebate for between 80% and 100%).
